License Usage Categories

ELECTRONIC PERSONAL USAGE - Non-Exclusive:

Some session packages come with a license grant for electronic personal use on a non-exclusive basis. If your package does not meet the minimal financial requirements needed for this option it may be purchased as an add-on item should you desire the ability to distribute your session images to friends and family.

A non-exclusive license granted by James Richardson for your package images is for non-commercial use of your low resolution (Web Quality) package images electronically within emails, personal web sites, computer systems, and personal image viewing devices such as cell phones and picture viewers. License is also granted for storage within and viewing from CDs, DVDs, electronic picture frames, and computers. License is granted for electronic public display and performance via projected slide presentations, picture viewers, computer screens, and video for non-commercial use as long as credit is give to the photographer via the prominant display of a copyright notice of "All Images © James Richardson" for the work, or by marking within the image or along the image edge the notice of "© James Richardson". License is granted for you to produce other derivative works as long as those works remain within the usage terms of this "ELECTRONIC PERSONAL USAGE - Non-Exclusive" license specification. License is granted for you to transfer the above rights to members of your family and friends as long as it is accompanied with these license terms. All other rights are reserved by, James Richardson including the right to produce hard copy prints and other derivative works from the indicated images.

COMMERCIAL USAGE - Non-Exclusive:

Commercial license rights are determined at the time of contract signing and vary per the needs of the client. Please contact the photographer to discuss your application and needs.
